Come celebrate IWD (a few days late). Learn about the herstory of IWD and a brief people’s herstory of Revolutionary Women!
Followed by a screening of “SALT OF THE EARTH”
This movie was banned during the McCarthy era in the US.
It was one of the first pictures to advance a feminist social and political critique and still provides a progressive look at capitalism and problems to overcome in the labour movement.
